Early bird pricing is £495 + VAT. Thereafter, delegate pricing is £595 + VAT.

It includes the full two day Summit programme, refreshments & networking dinner.

All bookings once confirmed are non-refundable; however, in the eventuality that a delegate cannot attend due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances, it may be possible to transfer the delegate place to a colleague who may benefit from attending.

You are welcome to attend the Summit for one day only, however the full two day delegate rate will still apply to your booking.

The FuturePrint team are staying at the Primus Hotel and we have secured preferential rates for our delegates:
Rates: Single Occupancy Room 135 euros b&b per night
Double/Twin Room 145 euros b&b per night
Delegates can contact the hotel directly to make a booking via telephoning/emailing them and quoting our reference FUTUREPRINT.
On booking delegates will need to provide a credit card number to secure the booking but will not be charged until they arrive at the hotel.
Cancellation terms are 4 days prior to arrival - after this full payment is required.
The hotel is about a mile from Base One, the Event Venue.

Please note: The nearest airport is Valencia Airport - Carretera del Aeropuerto, s/n, 46940 Manises, Valencia, Spain. The airport is ca. 23km away from the venue and should take around 35mins via Autovía V-30.
There is parking onsite, however this is subject to availability, so please let us know in advance.
